Matt has worked with us quite a bit in the last six months and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing and/or heating/cooling help. He's installed a new bathtub, replaced a broken tub drain, installed a bathroom vanity sink, and installed a brand new furnace (including running duct work through the whole house, which previously had steam heat before).
Scheduled to hook up a refrigerator before Thanksgiving. No call, no show two days in a row. Job wasn't done on time.
It took me 4 calls and a voicemail to get a hold of someone. They told me they could aid me with my plumbing request (for my business) Tuesday or Wed. Its now Friday and you guessed it, nothing has been taken care of. Even after calling multiple times through the week and leaving messages. Where as Preferred Plumbing and Heating picked up the first time I called them and set a date with me over the phone and said if anything opened up sooner, they would be sure to call me and fit me in. Preferred Plumbing has something that Matt's doesn't professionalism.
